By accessing and using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. R&T Yoder. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

R&T Yoder provides electrical contracting and related services (“Services”). The content provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

12. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.
13. SMS Text Messaging
Message Types
Message frequency may vary. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, which may include appointment confirmations, technician updates, promotional offers, and service notifications. To opt out of future messages, reply “STOP” at any time. You may receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Messaging Frequent Varies. You should expect to receive no more than 10 messages per month. On average we send our customers no more than 1 promotional offer per month (consisting of a series of SMS messages). These promotions will contain discounts, special offers, and other information. You can reply ‘STOP’ at any time to opt out.
Opting Out
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with “STOP.” You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out.
Message and Data Rates
Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.

14. California Users and Residents
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
15. Texting, Promotions & Notifications
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- By confirming we can contact you via SMS, you the visitor are giving R&T Yoder the ability to contact you with promotional offers, updates, and discounts being offered for various services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to office@rtyoderelectric.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 1-10 Messages Monthly (Average 2). For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
